Common Support Questions
How do I reset my password?+
You can request a password reset directly from the My Account login screen. Alternatively, contact your system administrator or fleet manager, who can trigger a reset link from their user management dashboard.
How do drivers upload walkaround checks offline?+
The PTC Driver app is fully offline-capable. Drivers can complete their walkaround checklists, sign off handbooks, and log training without a signal. The data will automatically sync back to the main system the moment they regain a cellular or Wi-Fi connection.
Who do I contact for CPC or custom training courses?+
We offer CPC training and operators CPC courses. To schedule courses, reach out to our CPC training coordinator at office@ptctransport.co.uk or call 0330 179 7635.
What are your standard support response times?+
For priority/premium support package holders, we operate under a strict 15-minute response SLA. Standard support tickets are typically answered within 1 hour during Mon-Fri operating hours (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM).
